All of our bread is mixed, hand shaped and stone baked fresh every day at our bakery in Busselton.

We use our own 25 year old levain and a fermentation process of at least 24 hours for all of our bread, providing that beautiful taste and texture and a lower gluten product.

We use no additives, preservatives or sugar in our loaves and buns, just simple honest ingredients.
